Glad to see I wasn't the only customer to have an issue here. I second the man that envied a zero star selection, so by all means be aware one star is one too many. We called the store on a Wednesday and were told over the phone that a set of bed rails would be $50. We went into the store to purchase them to find out that were $60. When the price difference was questioned the sale lady responded "cash or card?" We were then told they would arrive on Saturday, but we had to pick them up after lunch. Went in on Sunday to pick them up and were told "we don't allow pick ups on Sunday's, but since its only bed rails that's fine." The lady then couldn't find them and told us we would have to come back Monday--Never looked into the order or anything. We called Monday before wasting our time driving to the store again and were put on hold for 15 minutes after explaining what we were calling about. Once taken off hold we had to explain the situation once again to the same person whom responded "are you sure it's under that name I don't have an order here for you." We went directly in to the store not even five minutes later to get our money back and four employees were there with no customers. We were never acknowledged when we walked in the door and no one ever apologized or tried to keep our business. We walked up and said we want our money back and the lady goes "we ordered them I don't know what happened." But in the meantime no one had taken the initiative to find out where they were, or what went wrong, or when they would have them. Obviously this store could care less about customer satisfaction. I may be young but I am not incompetent nor did I deserve to be treated as I was. My money spends just as well as anyone else's and I'll gladly spend it somewhere that wants it. --LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ANY BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. SAVE YOUR TIME AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.
