Terrible, Dont call this company, be aware they are not associated at all with the corporate mr.appliance, I was tricked by that also they will tell you something is broken and it costs more to fix than to replace but then offer to buy it off you and install a new one, just for them to fix a tiny repair and sell for profit at your expense. My $450.00 repair or so I was told, was actually under $200 from someone else, Dont fall for this, luckily I didnt
